Beautiful Emma | A real Halfpenny London bride
Beautiful bride Emma and her lovely hubby tied the knot last August in a relaxed, yet glamorous city wedding. Their ceremony was at Leicester Cathedral followed by a short walk through the city to a Victorian pub, King Richard III. Their reception was very laid back and felt like a wonderful party! The couple treated their guests to homemade sloe gin favours and bespoke cocktails.
A self-confessed perfectionist, Emma worried finding her dream dress would be tricky. Esme was one of the first dresses she tired and, although she loved it, she felt like it had been too easy! She kept looking and eventually decided to go back and try it on again. Once she did, she knew it was the perfect dress for her. She cancelled the rest of her appointments and bought the dress there and then. I’m so glad because she looks incredible in it and I honestly can’t imagine her in anything else.
Emma accessorised her dress with a silk sash tied round her waist in a bow and a barely-there, cathedral length veil. Her gorgeous earrings are by Tilly Thomas lux and her statement lip is to die for!
Congratulations to the happy couple. I wish you every happiness in your new lives together.
Love,
Kate & the Halfpennys xx
