Beautiful Chloe | A real Halfpenny London bride
I’m not going to lie… This wedding had all the girls in the office swooning. Stunning bride, handsome groom (in uniform no less!), a cool industrial chic venue and the oversized flowers of dreams!
Gorgeous bride Chloe married her new hubby Luke in December last year. The couple described their big day style as simple and classic, with an industrial edge. Their venue was just perfect for their metallics and monochrome colour scheme and I love the hint of marble!
Although Chloe was a little concerned about the prospect of dress shopping, I’m pleased to say she had nothing to worry about!
“Halfpenny was the only dress shop I visited! I first saw Halfpenny London at the Most Curious Wedding Fair at the Truman Brewery in 2017 & fell in love with a dreamy sequin skirt. I started following Halfpenny on Instagram after that & the obsession grew from there! I knew Halfpenny was very me so was never really interested in looking elsewhere!
My first appointment was so special! I took my Mom & two bridesmaids, my sister & sister in law, along. I am very particular so was prepared for this to be the most stressful shopping experience of my life, but it was far from it!”
Chloe chose the Willow dress which suited her and the style of her big day perfectly.
“Although I loved the sequin skirt I spotted at the wedding fare, after months of stalking the Halfpenny Instagram, it was the Andrea silk crepe skirt & Laura drape top I had set my heart on - although I did have quite a few screenshots of the back of the Willow that I just couldn’t stop looking at. I tried the Willow on first & got THE FEELING straight away! That threw me completely as I was convinced I would go for the skirt & top combination. After trying on a few picks from my mom & bridesmaids, along with pretty much every skirt & top in the store (everything was just so beautiful), my mind just kept going back to the Willow! I loved how different the dress was to anything I had ever seen before (still to this day I have never seen anything quite like it!) & the back of the dress was just so spectacular!
