Lovely Lisa | A Real Halfpenny London Bride

Beautiful bride Lisa married her new hubby last summer in a fabulous outdoor wedding, taking full advantage of the dramatic Welsh coastal views. The couple were keen to have as much of their big day outside as possible - British weather permitting - and it looks like they had their wish.

Lisa’s choice of Daffodil top and Ivy skirt was a modern, fun touch for her big day. How incredible does the fringed skirt look in the breeze!

“I had only visited a couple of other dress shops before coming to halfpenny. My experience of the other shops was good but nothing in terms of the overall service of Halfpenny and how lovely and helpful everyone was. Just being in the Halfpenny boutique is special and being surrounded by all the beautiful gowns. It was one of the best experiences of our wedding. My appointments at Halfpenny were incredible, I absolutely loved the time I was there. I felt so relaxed and comfortable and it was amazing seeing all the other gowns. I saw the daffodil top and ivy skirt on social media in early 2018 and as soon as I saw the top and skirt together, I instantly knew I loved it. The movement in the skirt and the uniqueness of the top and skirt together is really special.”

Lisa borrowed her sister’s veil which was a beautiful, personal touch and finished off her look with a vintage hair piece from Oliver Laudus.
