Beautiful Niamh | A real Halfpenny London bride
Beautiful bride Niamh and her new hubby tied the knot in September last year, enjoying a relaxed, fun day in beautiful surroundings with delicious food and drinks.
Niamh had visited a couple of boutiques before her Halfpenny London appointment but she knew in her heart she hadn’t yet found the dream dress she was looking for.
“My appointments at Halfpenny London were exactly what I’d hoped for when wedding dress shopping. It felt so special in the beautiful boutique and the wonderful stylist ensured that every visit was really personal. I tried on quite a few dresses as I loved so many but it didn’t take me long to find the one for me. I spotted the Mayfair dress online when The Air That We Breathe Collection was released and I knew I wanted to try it on and timed my appointment to make sure I could. I absolutely loved it as soon as I put it on.
Although not the style I originally thought I would go for, the Mayfair dress was completely different to any other dress I’d tried on or seen. The Halfpenny team made a few adjustments to the dress so that I could create a few different looks throughout the day. I loved the fitted dress underneath layered with the silk organza skirt, and the versatility of the sleeves. I kept the sleeves on my shoulders for the church ceremony but let them fall down afterwards for a more relaxed feel. The dress just felt so romantic and I felt really special in it, more than I ever thought I would and I think that showed on the day.”
Niamh completed her look with a gorgeous pair of Sophia Webster shoes, Tilly Thomas Lux hair accessories and two Tiffany & Co bracelets: one from her husband (her ‘something old’) and a birthstone bracelet from her parents (her ‘something blue’).
Niamh looked incredible in her customised Mayfair dress with it’s removable skirt and I adore these beautiful images of the happy couple. Huge congratulations you two! Wishing you all the love and luck in the world.
