Gorgeous Lisa | A real Halfpenny London bride

Beautiful bride Lisa and her new husband celebrated their marriage in November last year in a relaxed and fun winter wedding. The couple followed up their church ceremony with a party surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

Having been in contact with me on Instagram, Lisa knew she wanted the Riri skirt and Gordon top for her big day but there was one hitch… She was living in New Zealand at the time and would only be home two months before her wedding. Luckily, all of our pieces are made in the UK and we were able to get Lisa’s dream outfit ready in time for her wedding.

Lisa knew she wanted long sleeves for the ceremony but wanted a dancing top for the evening so decided to have a change for the party. The Riri skirt is so full of drama so she kept that on all day, taking full advantage of those fluffy silk organza frills on the dancefloor.

Huge congratulations to the happy couple! I’m so pleased we were able to give Lisa the exact outfit she wanted, even with a short timescale. Wishing the newlyweds all the love in the world!
