Celebrating bringing bridal back to Harrods
What an incredible few days it's been! Yesterday, we celebrated the Kate Halfpenny exclusively for Harrods launch with a beautiful breakfast and I'm still on cloud nine. What an incredible morning surrounded by wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate with us. It takes a village, as they say, and I'm so grateful for my team and our friends who helped to make yesterday as special as it was. Special thanks goes to:
Harrods for bringing bridal back to Harrods with a bang and trusting us to deliver
The Arts Club for the gorgeous setting and delicious breakfast
Elizabeth Day for your kind and touching words (love you, darling!)
Caroline Nelson for your constant support and help pulling this all together
Juliet Glaves for the most epic florals I could only have dreamed of
August Piers for dreamy candles to scent the room
Clé de Peau Beauté for the truly decadent gifts for our guests' and make up for our models
James Lee Duffy for our guests' incredible illustrations
Lockdown Liquor for yummy cocktails for our guests to take home
Smythson for the notebooks (I'm obsessed!)
Wildlife Botanicals for the delectable (and low-alcohol!) drinks
Jessica McCormack for loaning us exquisite diamond jewellery
Molly Nicholas for beautiful, glowy make up
Enzo Volpe for our models' gorgeous hair
Sophia Webster for loaning us stunning shoes
Cat Vinton for the beautiful pics (and endless years of friendship!)
And, last but by no means least, to my wonderful team of Halfpennys.
One person was missing, but I know she was there in spirit, my dear mama. 11 weeks without her love & magic and the day was emotional to say the least. I know she would have loved it and would have been so proud of what my amazing Halfpennys and I have achieved. The last dresses mama and I worked on were the wonderful Harrods Love dresses. Her legacy lives on…
Thank you all. I can't tell you what this means to me.
Love, Kate xxx
