Behind the scenes with Halfpenny London and J&M Davidson

I’m so pleased my collaboration with J&M Davidson is now out there in the world. I was inspired for this collaboration in the way that I’m always inspired, with just a little seed of an idea, an inspiring conversation, which germinates and grows into something bigger. It was so much fun and the designs just evolved naturally.

J&M Davidson already had amazing silhouettes for the bags so we were able to be playful with colour and the narrative behind that. Something Blue, the beautiful two-tone apple bag, is stunning and the striped bag is just so very me. The Surprise and Delight fringe bag has the most beautiful coral colour underneath the ivory fringe, so you can wear it for your wedding day but it also has that fun little surprise with the pop of colour to it.
