Beautiful bride Isabel married her new husband Jack in a timeless, romantic wedding in Scotland last December. Set over the scenic views of Firth of Forth, Barnbougle Castle was the perfect venue to hold the traditional black tie celebration.

“Halfpenny was always top of my list when looking at dresses as I had heard such great things from friends,” Isabel said. “I visited one other boutique in London and looked online beforehand, but once I had my Halfpenny appointment, I did not look anywhere else. All experiences were great, and I loved trying on different styles and wedding dresses, but nothing compared to the intimacy at Halfpenny.

I saw [Halfpenny London stylist] Megan and we tried on several styles, starting with the Cheryl, which I loved instantly. I decided straight away it would be the perfect dress but went back one more time which the team welcomed. The team were also amazing at my follow up appointments and final fittings, which really helped me relax and feel at ease before the big day.”

I often opt for a high neck and low back, and it was lovely to be able to feel myself on my wedding day. I also didn’t have to worry about underwear or being uncomfortable which was important for me – especially as we had a ceildh dance. I also knew Jack would love the dress and overall look, which made me very happy.”
