Two stunning Halfpenny London wedding looks for a sun-soaked destination wedding in Tuscany.

Beautiful bride Jen and her new husband Simon tied the knot on a gorgeous Autumn day in the Italian countryside. They both work in hospitality and share a mutual love for food and drinks, so their priority was to create a truly memorable experience for themselves and their guests. The ultra-picturesque and authentic La Pescaia resort in Tuscany provided the perfect venue for the most incredible evening.

Guests enjoyed a truly magical dining experience with tables decorated to perfection. A luxurious ensemble of flowers in deep red, maroon and dusty pink hues, the work of local floral designer Giorgia Carolini, added the finishing touches to the couple’s special day, complementing the Mediterranean setting perfectly.

“We wanted to create a timeless but contemporary weekend for everyone,” Jen said. “Food and drink is our great pleasure in life, and La Pescaia resort, our stunning wedding location in Maremma, Tuscany really allowed us to embrace that idea – dining out underneath the stars with all our friends and family was just incredible.”

Jen had visited a number of bridal boutiques before finding us in Woburn Walk. Here, our stylists had the pleasure of helping her find her dream wedding look. After trying on a selection of Halfpenny London dresses and separates, the Tulip dress caught Jen’s eye, she loved its intricate detailing and statement sleeves. When she saw it on, styled with the Dion dress, she knew this was the dress she would be getting married in.

The moment a bride finds her dream dress is truly magical. Like a true Halfpenny London bride, Jen decided to transform her look from day to night. Jen wore the Dion dress with the Tulip beaded overdress for her first look, and the ultra-voluminous Sun sleeves and Ariel bow for her second look of the night, creating a wonderful contrast to the sleek and elegant silhouette of the Dion dress.

I loved that Jen created two gorgeous and unique outfits, a true reflection of her personality and I’am thrilled we played a part in her special day. We wish Jen and Simon all the love and luck in the world, here’s to a life filled with beautiful moments together!
