Celebrating the new Sister edit
We’ve been keeping this little secret under our hats for a while now and I’m thrilled the news is finally out there. The new edit of Sister pieces will be available to buy from Monday, with early access to our mailing list from Sunday. (Sign up here to be the first to shop!)
I love the word Sister. It could mean family but it could also mean your best friend or your wing woman. No two women are the same and I love how different we all are. I look at my friends and family, or even the Halfpenny London team and see a bunch of stunning women, all unique in their own way, with different body shapes and styles. Halfpenny London is built on those differences. We love nothing more than making women feel incredible and I wanted to extend that beyond my bridal wear collection whilst crafting stunning pieces to be enjoyed again and again. Wear it on an epic night out, then style again for brunch the next day. Coordinate with your Sisters as part of the bridal party, then wear for a date night the next week.
I’m overjoyed to release these pieces into the world in the coming days but here’s a little sneak peek from our launch event yesterday. We had a beautiful dinner party at Beaverbrook Town House to celebrate and guests were delighted with an incredible menu of Japanese food, fine wine and cocktails in the Butterfly room, Beaverbrook’s private dining area. We were also lucky enough to be given treats to take away, including the most delicious Penhaligons perfume, Kyoot chocolate and Mirabeau Gin, alongside treats from Jing Tea, Cle De Peau Beaute and J&M Davidson. The stunning floral display was by Wild At Heart, who also gave us individual vases to take home to enjoy for the days to come. I’m overwhelmed by the love and generosity of our guests and our fellow incredible brands we’re lucky enough to work with on this event.
Naturally, I wore a piece from the new collection - a gorgeous sage green, ankle length dress with a beautiful frill on the hem - styled with a little black jacket and a statement necklace. I felt wonderful, and that’s the power of clothes. They are such a wonderful way to express yourself, and we all deserve to be seen for exactly who we are, every day. You can be your own stylist with the Sister collection and I can’t wait to see how you wear it!
