“My fear with picking a wedding dress was where to start, there’s so many styles and options, etc, so finding a dress I loved and thought I looked great in was really enough to not overwhelm myself looking. ”
Newlyweds Emma and Nick tied the knot last September with a fun and relaxed celebration in the picturesque Barcelona countryside. Complimenting the beautiful setting, lemons and olive branches decorated the tables which were hand-picked from Emma’s family villa, and the bridesmaids wore vivid colours which matched hand-tied bouquets prepared by Emma’s grandmother.
“We wanted everyone to feel like it was a big celebration, a party if you will,” Emma said. “We were lucky to have a beautiful house as a setting so we didn’t really need a visual theme or style, we could dine out on the rustic Spanish house. Joy was the goal and I really think we achieved it!”

Emma visited our flagship boutique in Woburn Walk to search for her dream wedding dress.

I knew I wanted something in a draped, silk style. Super simple, but flattering - The Okotan top and skirt was a little sexy, in a family friendly way, and it just felt very me. I felt great in it. It was settled on pretty quickly (I’m very indecisive so I wanted to make it as pain free as possible).”
Emma completed her bridal outfit with Manolo Blahnik heels and a beautiful bouquet of vibrant flowers. She looked utterly stunning and we were thrilled to have played a part in her special day. Huge congratulations to the newlyweds! We wish Emma and Nick all the love and luck in the world!
