EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We can offer a return or exchange on all Halfpenny London Sister products if you request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the garments safely to us. If you try to return outside of these timescales, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the garment.

We can exchange items for alternative sizes, colours or styles (stock permitting). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that colours may vary with some styles due to natural variations in the fabric.

Please complete the returns form by clicking below and we will send you a returns shipping label for you to print and attach to the box. It is free of charge to return your parcel to us from the UK. Please, note, we are unable to offer free International returns and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, if you request a return or exchange outside of office hours, Monday to Friday, your request will be processed the next working day. We will also ship your exchange free of charge. If you then decide to return the exchanged item(s) we will deduct additional postage costs from your refunded amount.

For returns coming from outside the UK please contact us on care@halfpennylondon.com in advance of sending back for advice on best shipping methods. If shipping costs are to be paid, they are non-refundable.

Please note, we cannot accept in person returns to our London boutique.
