Beautiful Aisling | A real Halfpenny London bride

Beautiful bride Aisling and her new hubby said “I do” in October last year. The couple decided to make the most of stunning, sun-soaked Gaztelur and enjoyed an outdoor ceremony with a beautiful floral backdrop.

Aisling chose our iconic Cheryl dress for her big day and paired with a plain tulle veil and gold Oscar de la Renta headpiece for a timeless look.

“I loved Halfpenny – from the moment I came in to the store I felt welcomed and at home. I found the whole experience more personal compared to previous appointments. It was personalised, fun and exciting. My favourite visit was my first one and getting to try on all the fabulous creations. I found it extremely difficult to choose which outfit I liked the most. My mum and my maid of honour had to make a final decision for me in the end! The Cheryl dress was elegant and contemporary and I also loved the feeling of the silk; it felt very luxurious. I decided to keep the dress as the focus and choose the plain tulle veil which worked really well with the Oscar de la Renta headpiece in the end.

I knew the Cheryl was the one because of the reaction of my mum and maid of honour! They fell in love with the dress on me. I also felt really comfortable and confident in it during my first fitting. There were two other dresses I also loved in Halfpenny but in the end we chose the Cheryl as we felt it suited me and my venue the most and it was a classic and timeless style.”
