Beautiful Abbie | A Halfpenny London bride

Beautiful bride Abbie Haller married her new husband, Kurt, in September last year in an elegant celebration at a Royal property. Their wedding was full of exquisite details and historic charm.

When Abbie started looking for her dream dress, the journey wasn’t what she expected…

“I would’ve NEVER guessed this about myself, but I found my dress on the first day of wedding dress shopping. I honestly thought it was going to take me months. I went to a few boutiques around London and no places seemed to be fitting the vibe I really wanted. Ironically enough I was on a waitlist for Halfpenny because there weren’t any appointments available the day I was dress shopping. I got a call as I was heading to another dress shop saying there was a last minute cancellation, so my mom and I headed right to Halfpenny!

I had no idea which dress I had in mind. I had never actually seen the Mayfair dress before. I worked with a fabulous Halfpenny London stylist, and I fell in love with the Mayfair dress right away! I knew I wanted some type of sleeve, whether that was long sleeve or not, I wanted something! I knew I wanted sexy but elegant… so when I tried on the Mayfair dress, the fact that it had a tight underneath but an elegant lush ‘ballroom’ overlay, I knew it was the one!”

It must have been fate which brought Abbie to our boutique that day and I’m thrilled she found her dream dress in the Mayfair. She looked sensational! Abbie completed her look with a pair of Balenciaga heels, a bouquet of white tulips, and a custom veil we made which complemented the frill detail of the Mayfair dress.

I’m so happy Abbie chose to wear Halfpenny London on her big day. Sending all the love in the world to the happy couple and here’s to countless years of love and happiness!
