“As soon as I put my dress on my mother had the same reaction as me. We both cried because it was honestly the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen.”
Beautiful bride Mai and new husband Michael tied the knot in June this year, wearing an elegant slip dress and romantic veil with lace details adorning the edges. As she had dreamt of wearing Halfpenny London on her wedding day for years, Mai knew she’d find ‘The One’ in our Woburn Walk boutique.
“As soon as I put my dress on my mother had the same reaction as me,” Mai said. “We both cried, because it was honestly the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen".”
Before walking through the doors of our boutique, Mai already knew she wanted to complete her look with a lace detailed veil. “I wanted a timeless, elegant classic. I found exactly what I wanted.”
She chose white peonies for her wedding bouquet, and an array of summer flowers in pink, orange, peach and lilac hues flowering up the tables outside.
I’m pleased that Mai visited our boutique and found her dream dress and veil. She looks beautiful and I wish the newlyweds so much love and happiness together.
