An elegant Halfpenny London wedding dress with an oversized bow for a traditional yet relaxed big day in Northern Ireland.

“I just fell in love with the beautiful neckline, nipped in waist, full skirt and of course, larger than life bow!”
Beautiful bride Rachael married her new husband Joel in a traditional Church ceremony in the Northern Irish countryside surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Rachael had her heart set on a Halfpenny London dress and with the help of the wonderful team at The White Gallery, she created a dreamy look for her wedding day.
“I only visited The White Gallery in Northern Ireland,” said Rachael. “I knew I’d be deciding between one of two Halfpenny dresses and, although I live in London, I wanted my mum to be able to see me try my dress on at home.”
The Dahlia dress soon became the firm favourite, capturing the hearts of Rachael’s mum and sister. Featuring a scoop neckline and dramatic pleating, it was the timeless, modern look that Rachael had been searching for.
“The minute I tried on Dahlia, with her beautiful bow I knew I’d found the winner. I just fell in love with the beautiful neckline, nipped in waist, full skirt and of course, larger than life bow! It felt so special and got a ‘wow!’ reaction from my mum and sister.”

Obviously, my bow was rather huge, so I thought it best to let the dress to the talking! I wanted to feel like me, so I wore my hair long with a soft wave and accessorised with dainty, floral Edwardian drop earrings to match my engagement ring. Aside from the dress, I went for less is more.”
I’m so happy Rachael found her dream Halfpenny London dress. She looked incredible and we all wish her and Joel every happiness in their new lives together.
